The Bible is fully the product of God and men.
Why is this important:
- The fullness of Scripture both requires inspiration and is required by inspiration
- Ontology and Function – what something is affects what it is able to do
- Inadequacy of general revelation, and need of Scripture for saving revelation
- The Holy Spirit, who inspired Scripture, sanctifies us by Scripture
- Marvelous illustration of concurrence-Scripture is fully the product of God and men.
How can the Bible be BOTH from God and Man?
Answer: Concurrence through Compatibilism.
